Aventuras y trasfondo en la ciudad sede de la Universidad Miskatonic.
El escenario de Morrison e Isinwill, "The Hills Rise Wild" (en español, "Las colinas salvajes", en Secretos de Arkham) se llama igual que uno de los suplementos de Pagan. La frase se ha cogido de uno de los relatos de Lovecraft.
La parte de la guía sería reeditada más tarde con Compact Arkham unveiled, y después se haría una reedición completa y revisada (y adaptada también al sistema D20) con HP Lovecraft's Arkham.
