Un muy buen suplemento con brillantes aventuras para época actual; tiene además una opción para adaptarlas a la ambientación de Delta Green.
El autor tuvo en cuenta las publicaciones precedentes a la hora de diseñar sus aventuras; así, por ejemplo, aparece la NWI de The Fungi from Yuggoth (Los Hongos de Yuggoth en español).
Ganador del premio World Health Organisation (la primera vez que lo logra un juego de rol) y del premio Origins de 2002 al mejor escenario.
