Este curioso escenario ambientado en plena I Guerra Mundial (o Gran Guerra, como se conocía entonces) fue presentado originalmente para el torneo de Gen Con de 1993 con el título "Screams in No Man's Land".
A diferencia de otros escenarios de torneo que se han publicado para La Llamada de Cthulhu, se ha procurado respetar el formato original en la medida de lo posible.
