Originalmente diseñado como caja y varios cuadernillos, se barajaron diferentes títulos para este suplemento, entre ellos "Cthulhu in the 80s", "Cthulhu: 1987" y "Cthulhu: 1990" (supongo que según se iba retrasando la publicación).
