El tercer (y de momento último) y más amplio tomo de la colección "The Resurrected" de Pagan, que recoge en suplementos propiamente dichos aventuras aparecidas originalmente en su publicación periódica, The Unspeakable Oath. Éste en particular recopila material de los 10 primeros números de esta revista.
La aventura "The Lambton Worm" había aparecido en la revista Pyramid Magazine (el 17 de Septiembre del '99).
Las aventuras "Blood on the Tracks" y "Dark Harvest" incluían información sobre la Fundación Randolph Pierce, pero se eliminó para esta edición.
Las estadísticas del PNJ Margaret Dupres del escenario "What Goes Around..." no se habían incluido, y en esta nueva edición sí se ha hecho.
